Chocolate Bourbon Cookies

Inspired by Katherine's family recipe for Derby Pie, it's hard to go wrong with smooth chocolate! But we wanted to add the richness of bourbon to this cookie to give it a truly Southern taste.

This is great as guy's gift. And great with red wine.
