Who is JNJ Gifts and More?
JNJ Gifts and More is a certified woman- and minority-owned corporate gifting studio based in Madison, Wisconsin. Founded in 2016 by Jerina Vincent as a retail consignment shop showcasing independent makers, JNJ pivoted to corporate gifting in 2022. Today we build executive, client, and team gifting programs for companies nationwide, sourcing from 100+ American artisan makers.

Our Story
She has been part of our retail with me since she was 9.
When I started JNJ in 2016, my daughter Nia was nine years old. She has been part of this business from the very beginning — helping pack orders, showing up at events, greeting customers by name. Every local customer who has walked through our door knows her.
She is a high school senior now. She has grown up in this business and she knows it inside out. She is involved in almost everything — except the finances, which she has wisely left to me.
Last year she won her FBLA district and state competition presenting JNJ Gifts & More as her business case. Sales presentation. In front of judges. About my company. She won.
She also stood on stage with me at Project Pitch It Wisconsin and helped us win $10000K.
I tell this story because it answers the question every buyer quietly has about working with a small business: is she serious? Is she going to be here in three years? Nia grew up here. We are not going anywhere.

How JNJ started — and why it changed in 2022
I started with a retail shop. Corporate clients found me in 2022.
JNJ began in 2016 as a small retail consignment shop in Madison, showcasing independent makers and local artisans. I came to the U.S. from India and started this business with $5,000 and a deep respect for thoughtful gifting from my culture.
Then I lost my store. Twice. I had a choice — close, or rebuild into something different. I chose to rebuild.
In 2022, I pivoted JNJ into corporate gifting. My first order came from True Blue Realty: eighty closing gifts, one hundred and fifty dollars each, one at a time after every transaction she closed. That order taught me what I was built for.
Today, I work with major banks, finance industry, IT, health care and Law. About 60% of clients return year after year.
The standard hasn't changed since True Blue's eighty boxes. Every gift gets the same attention.

Certifications & Memberships
Being certified matters to me because it matters to the clients I serve. When a procurement team at a hospital or a university needs to document their supplier diversity, my certifications mean the order gets approved. That is practical and it is also the right thing to be.
