Returns & Replacements
Because our gift boxes are curated from small-batch artisans and often include handmade or gourmet items, our policy is designed to protect the integrity of the products and the makers we support.
1. Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items: Custom-built boxes, personalized items, maps and perishable gourmet foods are final sale.
2. Restocking Fee
For all non-defective returns (such as a change of heart), a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the labor of inspection, the cost of repackaging, and the lost value of curated items that cannot be easily resold.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- We will waive the 25% restocking fee if you choose to receive your refund as Store Credit to use on a future purchase.
3. 100% Damage Protection Guarantee
If your gift arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. We offer a 100% replacement at no cost to you.

Requirement: To process a replacement, we require "Clean Proof" of the damage. Please email us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
