1. Processing & Handling

In-Stock Items: We ship most in-stock orders within one business day.

Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship it immediately upon its arrival at our warehouse and notify you of any delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Carriers We use UPS Preferred Rates to ensure the most cost-effective and reliable delivery for your gifts. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once a package has been dispatched.
3. International Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note:

Customs & Fees: International orders are subject to customs fees, import taxes, and add-on service charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Documentation: We provide all necessary commercial invoices to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages We monitor every shipment. If a package is lost in transit, we will manage the carrier investigation and provide a replacement. For items damaged during shipping, please see our 100% Replacement Guarantee in our Return Policy.
5. Corporate Concierge Service For our corporate clients, we offer complimentary Address Verification. Upon request, we will verify delivery addresses before shipping, provided the client provides a recipient email and phone number.
