Our Client, EZ Office redefined the art of gifting with a unique approach this year, by choosing to express their gratitude to clients with a custom-designed gift box that was not confined to the expectations of a traditional holiday or occasion. This unexpected gesture during Valentine's Day, a time not typically associated with corporate gifting, was a refreshing surprise that left a lasting impression.

Understanding the Client's Needs
EZ Office, looking to express gratitude to their clients during Valentine's Day, approached us with the idea of gifting something unique and special. Choosing during non-peek month especially corporate gift during Valentine's day is highly unexpected which made our client gift stand out and valued. They chose one of our pre-designed Valentine’s Day boxes as a base but wanted to make several adjustments to ensure the gifts reflected their corporate identity and the professional nature of their relationships.

Strategy: Crafting the Unexpected

To capture the essence of their innovative approach, we curated a sophisticated black magnetic box, embodying the surprise and delight of an unexpected gift. Inside, recipients discovered a selection of premium treats: chocolate caramel popcorn signifying the sweetness of the unexpected, heart-shaped chocolates as a nod to the Valentine's theme, and a hand-poured soy candle with a "Thank You" label that illuminated the sentiment of appreciation.

Removing the bath salt from our original pre-curated box not only tailored the gift to a corporate context but also served as a clever cost management strategy. Each box was then adorned with a custom-printed message, "Your partnership is our greatest asset - thank you for being at the heart of our business," alongside the our client logo, reinforcing the value of each client relationship.
