You get mockups before anything goes to production. Nothing is made until you approve it.

Holiday Gifting Questions
When should I place my holiday gift order?
Few of our smart clients book in April. We recommend any time between April to Auguest. For ready-to-ship boxes: any time — they ship within 48 hours. For custom branded orders: 2 to 4 weeks lead time. For large programs of 500 or more: Give us 6-8 weeks.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for ready-to-ship catalog orders. Custom branded programs typically start at 25 boxes. Programs of 200 or more receive dedicated project management.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet with your recipient list and I handle individual shipping, address verification, and tracking — all billed on one invoice.
Can you include our company logo on the packaging?
Yes. Custom branding options include the outer box, insert card, tissue paper, stickers, and select products inside the box. Mockups are provided before production begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select destinations. International orders need additional lead time — typically 4 to 6 weeks — and I will confirm shipping costs and customs requirements upfront. Note: some food products and items like knives are restricted in certain countries. I flag these in advance.
