When you’re hosting VIP guests at one of the country’s largest healthcare software conferences, a tote bag and stress ball just won’t cut it.

Arintra, an AI-powered clinical documentation company, wanted to go beyond traditional corporate swag at their Taste of Wisconsin event during EPIC UGM 2025. With hundreds of healthcare executives, physicians, and Epic users in attendance, their team needed a way to create authentic engagement, express appreciation, and elevate their brand presence.

Instead of pre-packed giveaways and to elevate the event, JNJ Gifts & More designed an experiential gifting lounge—a branded pop‑up gifting station where guests actively built their own gift box. This wasn’t just gifting; it was an immersive, interactive gifting experience that doubled as natural conference engagement. JNJ Gifts & More brought in a beautifully curated, interactive gifting cart where guests could design their own take-home gift.

We set up a live Build-Your-Box station featuring three artisan product categories:

Hand-poured soy candles or cozy socks
Premium herbal teas (like Bedtime Bliss, Ginger Snap, or Jasmine Green)
Nourishing hand creams in calming scents like lavender sage and cashmere

Guests stepped up to the cart, smelled the candles, sampled creams, and thoughtfully chose one item from each category. Each gift was then packed on the spot in a matte black bag with a gold satin ribbon and Arintra-branded tag—an instant wow moment.

We handled the setup, staffing, and packaging so the client didn’t have to lift a finger.
