JNJ Gifts and More Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping:
We use UPS and USPS Ground for our default shipping. Orders are shipped the next business day, ensuring timely delivery. Alternate shipping methods are available upon customer request.

Pre-Order Shipping:
Holiday pre-orders are dispatched 10 days before the respective holiday. For Christmas, we ship 20 days in advance to ensure timely arrival.

Temperature Controlled Shipping:
An additional $10 is charged for shipping perishable cheese, and a $5 surcharge applies for shipping chocolates during warmer months to maintain quality.

Rush Shipping:
For urgent deliveries, rush shipping is available. Please contact jerina@jnjgiftsandmore.com for arrangements.

Local Hand Delivery and Pickup:
We offer same-day hand delivery in the 53593 zip code for orders over $100, with some exceptions. Local pickup is also available at two Verona locations.

Pre-order Wooden Signs:
Custom-made in Wisconsin, wooden signs are shipped directly from the artist's studio within one week of ordering.

General Shipping Information:

• We service the continental United States and Canada, excluding P.O. boxes.
• Most orders ship from Madison, WI within 1-2 business days.
• Free Shipping on orders over $100 (USD), excluding bulk corporate orders and calculated after discounts and before taxes.
• Regular shipping fees: Under $50 - $8.99, $50 - $100 - $12.99. Orders over $100 (except bulk orders) ship free.
• Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days, varying by location.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
