SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to make delivery seamless and straightforward. Here's what you need to know:
- Standard Shipping: Orders ship via UPS Ground the next business day. Additional shipping options are available upon request.
- Pre-Order Shipping: Holiday pre-orders ship 10 days before the holiday (20 days for Christmas).
- Temperature-Controlled Shipping: $10 for perishable cheese and $5 for chocolates during warm months to preserve quality.
- Rush Shipping: Need it faster? Contact us at 608-692-1476 to arrange rush shipping.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available upon request for Madison West and Verona with a $10 delivery fee.
- Local Pickup: Pickup is available at two Verona locations.
General Shipping Info
- Shipping charges are based on rates from our shipping providers.
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from Madison, WI, with estimated delivery in 5–8 business days.
- We ship to the continental U.S., Canada and other countries (no P.O. boxes). International orders may incur customs fees, which are the receiver's responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or the receiver being unavailable. For inquiries, contact us.
