At JNJ Gifts & More, every box we send carries more than just beautiful items—it carries intention, story, and heart. That spirit begins with our founder, Jerina Vincent.

Jerina was raised in a business family in India, where she watched entrepreneurship blend with hospitality every day. Gift-giving was a way of life, celebrating birthdays, milestones, and even small acts of kindness. After moving to the U.S., she carried this love of thoughtful gifting into every area of her life.
In 2016, that lifelong passion became a storefront. Jerina opened a small gift boutique filled with handmade, artisan-crafted products sourced from U.S. makers. The shop quickly became a beloved spot in the community, but in 2022, when the physical store space was lost, Jerina faced a difficult decision: start over or let go.
She chose to pivot, and discovered her true calling.
What started as a small gift shop evolved into a growing corporate gifting business. With a strong belief that gifting should be meaningful and easy, Jerina began helping professionals create custom gift experiences that stood out. From onboarding kits to holiday client boxes, JNJ Gifts & More became known for curated, story-driven gifting that aligned with company values.
Today, JNJ is proudly family-run and owned, with Jerina’s daughter, Nia, managing all communications and client outreach. Their shared vision is simple: help people feel seen, valued, and appreciated, through gifts that are personal, purposeful, and unforgettable.
