We don’t add products just to fill space. If it doesn’t add value to the experience, it doesn’t go in the box.
Where do you source your products from?
We source products from makers across the U.S. and beyond.
We discover new partners by:
- visiting trade shows and fairs
- meeting makers directly
- testing products ourselves
- evaluating how well they align with client needs
If a product consistently delivers quality and fits our clients’ goals, it becomes part of our curated supplier network. That knowledge comes from nearly nine years of hands-on experience.
Why don’t you have a retail store right now?
We operate through pop-ups, temporary spaces, and rented conference rooms as needed.
This allows us to:
- control overhead costs
- stay flexible for large projects
- price our gift boxes fairly
- focus resources on product quality and service
Instead of investing in a permanent storefront, we invest in better gifts, better sourcing, and better execution for our clients.
How do you think about sustainability?
Sustainability is personal for us.
As an Indian-owned business, sustainability is part of how we grew up. We reuse what we can, reduce waste wherever possible, and choose packaging intentionally.
That includes:
- reusing boxes and packing materials when they are not damaged
- selecting high-quality boxes that recipients can reuse for storage
- offering fabric wraps, bags, and reusable packaging options
We focus on practical sustainability, not performative sustainability.
How do you know what goes inside each box?
Every box starts with the client.
We consider:
- who the recipient is
- the purpose of the gift
- budget and timing
- how the gift will be received and used
Creativity comes from experience. After nearly nine years of running this business, we know what works, what doesn’t, and how to design a gift that feels thoughtful instead of generic.
How do you handle shipping and delivery?
We handle everything end to end.
For local projects, we often deliver directly to save time and cost. For shipped orders, we always look for the option that is:
- cost-effective
- reliable
- fast
- safe for the products inside
Our goal is to make delivery easy for clients, not another thing they have to manage.
Do you offer global shipping?
Yes, with care.
If you’re interested in shipping internationally, we ask you to email us with the destination country. We then:
- research shipping requirements
- assess customs restrictions
- confirm whether the selected gift is suitable
If it isn’t, we’ll recommend an alternative that works better for that country. This ensures gifts arrive smoothly and without surprises.
